-we only see these little brown bugs around and on his bed -the biggest is less than 1/4 of a cm so they're really small bugs -also he lives in the basement but we still only find them around and on his bed. -they also do NOT jump so I know they're NOT fleas Can somebody tell me what these bugs are and how to get rid of them?
If the beetles appear black, or mottled with red/gray/black, instead of brown they are probably one of the dermestid (Dermestidae) carpet beetles but the brown ones are likely one of the anobiid (Anobiidae) beetles, for example the cigarette or drugstore beetles.
