When doing a thermal for bed bugs, you MAY kill other insects. A lot depends on the particular insects behaviours and preferred habitat. I doubt that roaches will be dramatically impacted during a typical bed bug thermal treatment unless you increase the temperatures to more deeply penetrate the structure.
